How long you will get the dress after placing the order?

Normally it will take 18-20 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.

Is there any refund or exchange policy for dress products?
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price.

All the dress order are custom made for our customer's special requirment(size and color etc), we can not cancle our order to factories,so we can not accept refund or exchange or Refund, It's your responsiblity to make sure you have carefully measured youself, you have choose the exact color which you like, as well as some of your special requirements

Does vankle has any special notes to me before placing my dress order?
Yes, we are always trying out best to fulfill 100% customer satification, it's true that there are always some unhappy things happen, as a company which is seriously about our fame and customer exprience to aim long term business success, we will give as much as possible information before you placing the order.  Regarding the dress order, please read the following notes:

1) The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for one dress only.

2)  Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

3)  The product pictures is taken by professional model and professional cameraman, so it's looks pretty, we can ensure that we are working with the best dress factories to do business, and they have at least 10 years exprience in this fileld, we make the dresses according to the product description, the style and material will be the same with the product page, the size and color will match your selections, but we can not ensure your feeling of the dress on yourself  is just the feeling on the model.  and we can not accept refund request which mentioning that:  i feel disappointed as i do not feel beautiful like the model on the product picture.   thank you for your understanding.

How do i place my order and make payment?
If you have some exprience on online shopping, it should be very easy for you to place an order on vankle.com, please following the steps to place order and make payment:

1) select the dress style which you like and then open it, read carefully about the product description, especially this buying guide, then select the dress size and color for your order, you can choose the standard size or input your custom made size information.

2) Click "Add to Cart" , then you will be redirected to shopping cart listing page, here you can see all the items you want to order

3) Review item on the shopping cart page to make sure you have choose the right items

4) Click" Procceed to Checkout" button, then you will be redirected to our"one-page checkout" page

5) If you have registered an account on vankle.com, just input the account information and click"Login"

6) Or if you are a new customer, just take 2-3 minutes to finish the registration process following the instructions

7) Then you will be asked to input the billing address and shipping address, please make sure your address is exactly right and can receive packages

8) Select shipping method, now we only provide one standard shipping method ( we will add more options in the future) , the shipping fee will show up

9) Click " Continue ", then you will be asked to select the payment method ( now we only provide "PAYPAL STANDARD PAYMENT" for all of our customers, we will add more options in the future ) , Note: Paypal Payment Method can also accept credit card payment if you don't have an paypal account)

10) Click" Continue " , you will be asked to review and confirm order information, if you have no problem, then click" Place order "

11) You will be redirected to paypal website, following paypal's instruction and finish the payment

12) You will be send back to our website, Your order has been successfully placed

How do i input sizes for my dress?
We can make the dress for you based on two kinds of size option,  you can either just tell us the US standard size number , or tell us the sizes using the measurement by yourself.  we have show the size options to customers on the product detail page, so please be sure that you have given the exact right sizes to us, it's your responsiblity to do that;
