• Due to our risk management policy, you can not make credit card payment if your order amount is more than 600 USD. at the same time, you can only pay once in every 24 hours.
  
  
• The payment company ECPSS are using a complex risk screen system to ensure safe transactions between you and vankle,and avoid all possible credit card frauds,so some time you will fail when make the credit card payment,that means the payment gateway reject your payment,in that case, you may also receive an email from vankle which will give you other payment options which you can use.

Important Notes paying by bank transfer:

• When sending the money please tell your bank that you will PAY FOR ALL CHARGES OF FOREIGN BANKS. If you don't do this, sometimes the money will be send through a corresponding bank(not directly to our account) and therefore the bank will charge fees from the sent amount.
