Vankle Knowledge Base .: Payment & Pricing .: You will receive notification email from our payment partner : ECPSS.COM

You will receive notification email from our payment partner : ECPSS.COM

After you successfully place order on vankle.com, Beside the email update from vankle.com,You may also receive email from our credit card payment service proider: ECPSS.com , the third party payment gateway

We post this article on our knowlegbase because we recently received emails from our customers mentioning that they have received emails from a company called ecpss.com along with their contact phone number and email. Yes, you got this kind of emails in the following situations:

1)Payment success email: When your credit card has been successfully charged.
2)Shipment notification email: when vankle has shipped your goods.
3)Partial and Full Refund email: when we have release partial or full refund.

So if you have received this kind of emails from ecpss.com, please don't worry, They just want to give you double confirm for your transaction, and please understand that is also a method for them to protect credit card holder from Internet fraud, and ECPSS also leave their customer service email and phone number so that you can contact them if you have any problem
with the transaction itself.

At the same time, You may found on your monthly credit card bill, the merchant name for this transaction will be marked with ECPSS, VIP2pay etc,Instead of Vankle. that means your credit card payment is charged by ECPSS and then ECPSS will release fund to Vankle after your order is finished by us.

We have also received some emails from customers mentioning that they are charged a little extra amount on their credit card, for example, the order amount on our website is 100 USD, but finally you maybe charged 104 USD, In fact, this is a common issue when you try to buy something from a website outside your country, The extra amount is normally called "cross board fee" charged by your bank issuer because of the following two possible reasons:

1)Your credit card don't support USD currency so your bank issuer has charged you a currency exchange fee.

2)Your bank issuer has charge you a "cross board fee" because you are making the international payment.

Since different bank will have different transaction fee for their card holders, if you met with this extra fee,you can call your bank issuer for detail information, this extra fee will be paid to your bank, not to Vankle.com.

We are looking forward to service you better.

Thank you for all the trust and support on Vankle
